This role will leads, delivers and tracks training sessions for field force team, conducts hands-on coaching, and ensures post-training follow-up. They report training outcomes, customize learning based on market trends, and oversee new team member onboarding.

Identify capability development needs for field force with co-partnership with L&D
Deliver training contents to field force
Implements on-field training with hand-on, on-the-job and coaching
Prepares and tracks action plans after training sessions
Tracks and follow up with field force on the implementation of training action plan/commitment post training deliveries
Reports training effectiveness and related metrics to stakeholders
Perform regular field visits to understand market trends and competitor practices to customize best learning practices suited to local context
In charge of the onboarding of new field force team

Experienced in field sales, field force team management within tobacco, FMCG or other related industries.
Strong knowledge of different types of sales channel, trade and consumer behavior.
Good at presentation, communication skills, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills.
Able to understand the market practice and trend then translate it into effective trainings for field force.
Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and ability to travel extensively with the assigned area of operation. 
Good organization skill and well structured to present complex topics in a clear and concise manner to audience.
Good to have analytical skills for assessing training effectiveness and team performance
